Constellation Services is now hiring for full time Payroll Administrator. This position will be responsible for all tasks
involved in processing weekly payroll for 10+ companies in multiple states, ensuring that all employees of the
organization are paid accurately and on time. Other duties include managing backend data relating to the hours worked
by an employee matched with their pay periods and hourly wages, salaries, overtime, sick days, and vacation days. Must
be highly organized and detail oriented. Accounting degree preferred 3+ years?experience required. Excellent pay and

Key Responsibilities
? Review timecards and process payroll
? Process time corrections as needed
? Ensure all payroll related tax and benefit payments are made in timely manner
? Compile data and remit reports to multiple unions
? Maintain employee payroll records
? Facilitate new employee into benefit packages
? Process terminations and COBRA eligibility
? Ensure all necessary State and Federal tax forms are filled out correctly and on time
? Manage open enrollment process
? Act as liaison between employees and insurance carriers
? Compile data and process reports for certified payroll
? Ensure new hires are set up correctly within payroll
? Maintain ACA information
? Workers comp reporting
